Visiting a BWFH Patient

Finding Patient Information

To ask about a patient's condition, find out their room number or call the patient's room, please call 617-983-7101 or go to the 3rd floor information desk.

Visiting Hours

Daily visiting hours at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital BWFH are from 12 noon to 8 pm with the exception of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Visitors are welcome in the ICU at any time except during a two-hour period each morning from 10 am and 12 noon.

Gift Shop

The Gift Shop at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is located off the third floor lobby and is open weekdays from 9:30 am to 5 pm.

The shop carries fresh flowers and a changing variety of unique gift items to suit every occasion and budget, as well as personal care items. Operated by volunteers, all profits from the gift shop are donated back to the hospital to fund patient centered projects. Please call 617-983-7333 for more information.
