Making an Appointment with Rehabilitation Services

New Patients

If you have never been seen at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital's Rehabilitation Services Department, please call us at 617-983-7271 so that we can enter you into our system and set up an appointment for you.

Existing Patients

Existing BWFH Rehabilitation Services patients are able to book an appointment via Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway. Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway is a secure and convenient online tool that allows you to communicate with your doctors, schedule appointments, view your health record information and more. Things You Should Know

• We request that you arrive on time for you scheduled appointments.
• New patients should arrive in the office 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
• Co-pays will be collected for each visit at check-in. We accept checks and credit cards.
• Patient should bring or wear clothing that will allow for visualization of the necessary body part(s).
