Feminizing Procedures

• Vaginoplasty is a reconstructive surgery performed to create a vulva (external genitals) and vagina from your own body tissue (from the penis and scrotum).
• Orchiectomy is an operation performed to remove the testes.

Masculinizing Procedures

• Phalloplasty is a reconstructive surgery performed to create a penis (neophallus) and scrotum from existing tissue.
• Metoidioplasty, similar to phalloplasty, is a reconstructive surgery which creates a small penis (neophallus).
• Erectile devices after phalloplasty are inserted to facilitate erection for penetrative intercourse.
• Urethral stricture after phalloplasty
