For CWMMS Referring Physicians

Criteria for referring patients to the Center for Weight Management and Metabolic Surgery is a motivated patient with a BMI>30 kg/m², irrespective of any weight related comorbidities. Patients can be referred through the EPIC system or by calling our office at 617-983-7280 or 617-732-7207. Once we have received your referral, we will call your patient within 2 working days to schedule an information session and initial appointments.
