The Kathy Codair Leadership Award, established in 2023, is given to two leaders in Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital's Department of Nursing in recognition of their dedication to the embodiment of empathy, kindness, and clinical excellence in the way they lead their teams and care for their patients.
Nomination Instructions
Nominations for this award will be available to all formal and informal nursing leaders including, nurse directors, professional development managers, program managers, clinical leaders and charge nurses.
Nominations may only be submitted by BWFH employees. If your submission does not list an email address ending in @bwh.harvard.edu, @partners.org or @mgb.org, the nomination will not be considered.
The Kathy Codair Leadership Award Nomination has two separate criteria for consideration. Please provide as much detail as possible for each criterion. It is your words that the committee will consider when narrowing down the nominations, so try to be as descriptive as possible when explaining why your nominee deserves this award!
