Two easy steps to claim your fitness reimbursement

If you are enrolled in either the Partners Select or Partners Plus employee health plans and have been enrolled with AllWays Health Partners and a gym/health club for at least four months, you are now eligible to submit for your yearly fitness reimbursement, offered by AllWays Health Partners.

The reimbursement is available to employees enrolled in Select or Plus or one covered dependent. Reimbursements are available for memberships at health clubs, gyms, or studios offering cardiovascular, strength-training equipment, aerobic, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, or Jazzercise fitness programs.

You can apply for your reimbursement by following these two easy steps:

  • Log in to allwaysmember.org. If you have not yet created an account, do so by clicking on “Not Registered Yet?”
  • Use the “Track Cost and Claims” tab at the top of the page to select “Fitness Reimbursement.” Fill out, sign and submit the online form.

It’s that easy! You can track the progress of your request online by viewing your claims. Please allow 30 days for processing. AllWays Health Partners will send the reimbursement check via U.S. Mail.

Retain your proof of payment as AllWays Health Partners will randomly audit requests. If you are chosen for an audit, you will be notified and additional documentation will be requested.
