Service Excellence and Performance Improvement Department welcomes new Performance Improvement Consultant

Delaney Kelly

Delaney Kelly recently joined Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital’s Service Excellence and Performance Improvement Department in the role of Performance Improvement Consultant.

Kelly is a 2014 graduate of Miami University in Ohio where she majored in Political Science and minored in Arabic. She spent six months after graduation in the Peace Corps in Jordan before taking a position with the Department of Justice as a paralegal. She later transitioned within the Department of Justice to operations and data analytics, a move which led her to process improvement.

At BWFH, Kelly will work closely with Performance Improvement Manager Claire Massero. She says she is most looking forward to expanding her skills in facilitation and change management and is excited to support the mission and culture of BWFH. “It’s clear that there is a culture here that people want to find new ways to improve patient care,” she says. “I’m looking forward to contributing to that end.”

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling having just returned from a trip to Europe. She is also in training to run the Marine Corps Marathon in October.
