Updated Hours: Occupational Health Call Center Now Open on Weekends

The Occupational Health Call Center has resumed weekend hours and will now be available for employees on both Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am – 4:30 pm to meet the increased employee need for COVID-19 testing required by the Massachusetts Travel Order. This order requires that employees who travel to areas that are higher risk for COVID-19 than Massachusetts either:

  1. Quarantine for 14 days OR produce a negative COVID-19 test result obtained up to 72 hours prior to arrival in Massachusetts. Testing can also be obtained upon return, although the employee must maintain quarantine until a negative COVID-19 result is produced.
  2. If requesting testing at a Mass General Brigham test location, please call Occupational Health Central Services at 617-724-8100 to order and schedule testing. Testing can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance of your return.
  3. To submit a test result obtained elsewhere, email phsohscovid19@partners.org with “Travel Follow-up” in the subject line of the email.
  4. Employees who test negative after travel may immediately return to work.
