COVID-19 Updates

Voicemail Scheduling for Fit Testing Now Available

In addition to the online form requesting a fit test that was announced last week, employees who don’t have access to a computer can now contact the voicemail line with their request.  Employees can call 617-983-7028 and leave their name, department, contact number and shift hours and a member of the fit testing team will call them back to schedule an appointment.

Guidance on Personal and Vacation Travel

As summer vacation season arrives, we want to remind everyone that per our travel policies, travel outside of this region is strongly discouraged whenever possible. If personal travel outside of the area is necessary:

  • We all have a responsibility to always exercise appropriate use of face coverings, social distancing and other CDC-recommended precautions.
  • Upon return, all employees must monitor symptoms and remember that Massachusetts maintains a 14-day quarantine order upon return from many areas. The quarantine does not apply if you return from most states in the Northeast. However, all employees must continue to attest to a lack of symptoms and use PPE as per our existing policies at work.
