Those just starting out in the healthcare field often face uncertainty when making career decisions and planning for the future. However, with the right resources and effective networking, the path forward can be easier to navigate. Recognizing the need for this kind of advice and networking opportunities within Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, the Young Professionals Committee helps foster growth, improve retention and create a sense of community among our young professionals and early careerists.
Under the executive sponsorship of Vice President of Professional and Clinical Services and in partnership with the Young Professionals Committee at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the committee organizes and promotes professional development, career advancement and networking opportunities geared towards the early career healthcare workforce. The group also offers community service opportunities.
