Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital’s Radiology Department works in tandem with Brigham and Women’s and Dana-Farber Cancer Center Radiology. Therefore, imaging at all of the sites will be done with the same level of care and allow the radiologist easier correlation with other imaging studies performed at other facilities.
The imaging protocols are uniform across all sites. This also allows patients the choice of where to have their imaging performed. Radiology at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital continues to be at the forefront of technology with the creation of a cross sectional imaging suite and the installation and implementation of some of the newest diagnostic imaging equipment available. Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital’s Radiology Department provides ambulatory and inpatient services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Interventional Radiology and Nephrology procedures, and diagnostic x-ray. The most notable difference is the friendly and comforting touch of a community hospital.
