Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy focuses on the activities of daily living (dressing and bathing) and instrumental activities of daily living (home management tasks). Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital’s inpatient occupational therapy may include the use of assistive devices and techniques to improve independence after being hospitalized.

Our outpatient occupational therapy service specializes in comprehensive treatments combined with exercise instruction to restore, maintain and encourage optimal function, health and fitness.
