In order to obtain an appointment time, patients must be referred by a provider and must have a Brigham and Women’s Hospital medical record number. If a patient has previously not had care in the Brigham and Women’s Hospital system, they must call 866-489-4056 to obtain a medical record number, after which they will then be entered into the Brigham and Women’s Hospital scheduling system.
