Patient and Family Relations

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital's Patient and Family Relations Department serves as a resource for patient complaints and acts as a liaison between the patient and the hospital. Our Patient and Family Relations staff educates patients about the benefits available to them and instructs them as to what departments in the hospital can best suit their needs.
