Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital is committed to making our facilities and medical services accessible and creating a welcoming environment for all.

Public Transportation

We are conveniently located near wheelchair accessible public transportation. MBTA Bus #38, Wren Street, stops directly in front of Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital on Centre Street. The Wren Street bus shuttles between the West Roxbury business district and Forest Hills station where it connects with the Orange Line and other bus routes.

Additionally, MBTA’s THE RIDE offers door-to-door transportation to eligible people who cannot use general public transportation. To become eligible for THE RIDE, you must complete an application. You can learn more via the MBTA website, or call 800-533-6282(V) or 617-222-5415(TTY).

Shuttle Services

Wheelchair accessible shuttles operate between Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital (at 75 Francis Street). You may view shuttle schedules online or posted at the shuttle stop at the third floor entrance.

Parking Garages

Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital's main Visitor Garage at the front of the hospital has designated accessible parking spots and accessible van parking is also available. For your convenience, we also provide valet services Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 5 pm (excluding holidays) at the 1st floor main entrance.
