Benefits Confirmation Statements  

You should have received an email confirmation statement of your 2021 benefits enrollment from PeopleSoft. The statement will allow you to review your benefits and costs, as well as your enrolled dependents and chosen beneficiaries. You may use the “Print View” button to save a copy of your statement for your records.

• If you need to make a change to your elections for 2021, you can do so by accessing the Benefits Enrollment page in PeopleSoft.
• Once you are on the Benefits Enrollment page click “Re-elect.” When you are done making changes be sure to click the “Submit Enrollment” button at the top of the page.
• You have until December 13, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. to make changes and submit your final choices.

If you have questions about your statement, please contact the HR Support Center by submitting an online request via Ask My HR or calling 1-833-Ask-MyHR (1-833-275-6947). 

Information Systems Launches New Help Tool for Employees

Information Systems recently introduced InfoBot, a chatbot service that provides an additional channel for employees seeking simple, fast support for information systems issues.

Available 24/7, InfoBot can help with a variety of self-service tools and support options. It works to resolve issues and answer how-to questions by directing you to the appropriate forms in the Service Desk request catalog, and opening tickets. Its ticket management, or “concierge,” service offers the ability to check your ticket status, add comments and close tickets. Concierge service also provides you with real-time ticket update notifications and password expiration reminders.

Please note, Mass General Brigham’s Microsoft 365 is required to access InfoBot. Go to Microsoft Teams or click here to use InfoBot today.

Virtual Forum Recording Available Online

Did you miss the virtual form last week with hospital leadership discussing COVID-19 updates that included surge planning, employee testing information and vaccine updates?  If so, you can watch the recording.

Employee Asymptomatic Testing at BWFH

Starting Wednesday, November 18, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital will be offering on-site COVID-19 testing for asymptomatic (no signs of illness) staff members free of charge, with results returned to you approximately 24-36 hours later.  Learn more and schedule a test (intranet).
