New urologist to see patients at BWFH

Arthur (Terry) Little, MD

Arthur (Terry) Little, MD, recently joined Brigham Health’s Department of Surgery as an attending surgeon in the Division of Urology. He will see patients in clinic and in the operating room at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital.

Dr. Little completed his undergraduate studies at Princeton University before attending medical school at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Dr. Little comes to Brigham Health from Winchester Hospital where he served as Chief of Urology. He was also a urologist at Mystic Valley Urological Associates in Stoneham, MA. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.

Here at BWFH, Dr. Little will perform cystoscopy, vasectomies, ureteroscopy and laser stone procedures, hydrocele/spermatocele repair, circumcision, bladder tumor resection and prostate biopsies.

“I have heard that the OR at BWFH is efficient and friendly. I am certainly looking forward to working in that setting and getting to know the OR and clinic staff,” he says. “I am also looking forward to working with the urology residents who seem like a terrific group. Personally, the hospital is much closer to my home in Brookline, so I am looking forward to a shorter commute!”

Outside of work, Dr. Little and his wife, who is a primary care pediatrician, sing with the Harvard-Radcliffe Chorus and enjoy hiking and birding.
