BWFH's Campus Expansion

Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital received approval for the Determination of Need (DoN) submission in May 2022 to begin working on a campus expansion program to better support care in our communities. Construction began in May of 2023.

Construction Update: May 12-23, 2025

Garage

• Garage demolition continues over the next two weeks.  
• A second excavator will be delivered to the site on Monday, May 12 at 7:00 a.m.
• Landscaping work to be completed by Friday, May 16.

Inpatient Addition

• 2nd Floor
  • Continued use of Hospital Loading Dock.

Exterior Site Work

• Main Entry island curbing and paving expected to be completed by Monday, May 12.
• Cross walk striping expected to be completed on Monday, May 12 and Tuesday, May 13.
• Main Entry lane closure expected to reopen on Tuesday, May 13.
• Main Entry island landscaping expected to be completed by May 16.
