BWFH's Campus Expansion

Please note: the majority of BWFH’s campus expansion construction work is now complete. Updates will be provided as needed.

Current Construction Updates: Fall 2025

Garage

• All legacy soil has been removed from the site of the old garage and transferred to the appropriate landfills.
• Sitework, utilities and grading will continue through October.
• The three hillside terraces are all regraded and currently receiving new topsoil in preparation for new plantings.
• Rear garage (new) PV array: The PV array system is undergoing regulatory/legal reviews and there are no updates to the installation schedule at this time.

Inpatient Addition

• Work Within Hospital Spaces: Internal punch list activities will continue through the remainder of the year.
• Grounds: Fencing and landscaping is ongoing in the area of the Allendale employee entrance. Other exterior plantings, fencing and irrigation will continue through the fall.
