BWFH welcomes new Director of Business Operations for Perioperative Services

Kelly Duguay has been named Director of Business Operations for Perioperative Services at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. In this role, she is responsible for the planning and management of administrative and business functions of our peri-operative services, including the Central Processing Department, OR Materials Management, Anesthesia support and Operating Room revenue/billing functions. She will also oversee the budget for perioperative services.

Duguay comes to BWFH from Brigham and Women’s Hospital where she had served as Business Manager for OR/Central Support Services (OR/CSS) since 2017. She holds a bachelor of science degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Duguay says she is very much looking forward to her new role. “I am so happy to be able to take the next step in my career and stay within the Brigham family,” she says. “I am looking forward to getting to know all the people I will be working with!”

Outside of work, Duguay enjoys exercising, hiking and finding new places to eat. “I am a total foodie!” she says.
