Scheduling an Exam
Physicians and other healthcare providers may schedule an imaging exam for a patient by calling Radiology Scheduling at 617-983-7272 between 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
All patients must have a written order signed by their healthcare provider for an imaging exam to be performed. Click here to download a copy of the Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital Radiology Requisition. Radiology Requisitions may be faxed to 617-983-7633.
Requesting Medical Records
If you are a patient and need to request copies of your imaging studies, please visit our Medical Records page to request imaging studies to take to your clinician. You may call us at 617-983-7169 between 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You may fax us at 617-983-4424.
Billing Inquiries
Billing services at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital will bill insurance companies for all services provided.
If you do not have health insurance and/or cannot cover the cost of your care, we will gladly assist you in applying for free care, or advise you of other possible options.
