New Security Operations Manager at BWFH
In his new position, Prue will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of BWFH's Security Department, which includes managing a staff of over 30 individuals, as well as working with supervisors to make sure all staff are properly trained and are maintaining proper recertifications. "My goal," Prue explains, "is to get up to speed on my new position as soon as possible and learn as much as I can. I recently finished up my MOAB® (management of aggressive behavior) training, and I'll soon begin training to become a state special police officer, an intensive program that runs about five months."
Prue says he is enjoying his new role at BWFH, and that it is offering him new opportunities for growth within his profession. "I'm a strong believer that you have to constantly keep moving forward," he explains, "I look forward to working with Ashley Ditta (BWFH's Director of Police, Security, Safety, and Parking) and assisting her with moving our department forward." Prue says he is impressed with BWFH's close-knit community, and is excited at the prospect of working closely with his new staff.
When not working, Prue enjoys taking care of his four-month old daughter, Taylor, and also enjoys outdoors activities such as mountain biking and hiking.
