New HR assistant joins the team at BWFH
She says, "I could never be a doctor because I can’t handle the blood." But she wants to make a positive impact on patients’ lives. In Human Resources, she can do her part by helping to find the right people to take care of our patients. In her new role, Barrow will support the entire Human Resources Department by answering the phones, responding to email, doing reference checks, corresponding with candidates and maintaining employee records.
Being her first full-time job out of college, there is a lot to absorb. "I’m still learning. I’m still asking a ton of questions," she says. But the Human Resources Department has been the perfect place to learn. "The girls in the office here are awesome. They always help me out and I don’t’ feel uncomfortable asking questions and I don't feel uncomfortable when I don’t know something. They’re always here for me," says Barrow.
