BWFH's ClimbClub's Wellness Challenge
Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital's ClimbClub is a free organized stair climbing program that is open to all fitness levels. As part of Brigham and Women's ClimbCorps, ClimbClub advocates staying active to maintain better health, and leverages an easy way to incorporate exercise into your daily life by climbing the stairs. BWFH's ClimbClub meets in BWFH's second floor atrium balcony every Monday at 11:00 am and 11:30 am, every Wednesday at 5 pm, and every Friday at 7:30 am.
The next Wellness Challenge measurements will be taken at BWFH by a BWH ClimbCorps representative on Monday, October 7th, from 10:30-11:30 am in Atrium 2. The Wellness Challenge is open to all ClimbClub members. If you are not already a member, you can register for ClimbClub by visiting www.climbcorps.org, and clicking on the registration link. For more information on ClimbClub, you can contact Meg Kilmurray by phone at 617-983-7907, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
